Professional Customer Service
Each customer is sent a picture of their basket prior to delivery. Once the delivery has taken place a text is sent to notify you of the date and time of the delivery.
If you are shipping a gift, we ship in black boxes with pretty ribbon and coordinating flowers or berries. Once shipped you will be notified as to approximate delivery date and again when the package arrives at its destination and time delivered.
